PROCEEDINGS :
Under Regulation 92 and 98 of T.N.E.B. Service Regulations, the list of 64 (Sixty Four) Assistant Accounts Officers are selected for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Accounts Officer in Class II Service of the TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO, in the order of their Rank indicated against their names mentioned in the Annexure-I.
2) Thiru S.Kader Mohideen, (Date of Birth:15.03.1958) who is first person in the present panel will take his rank below Tmty. T.Maheswari, (Date of Birth:19.04.1960) who is the last person in the previous panel of Accounts Officer communicated in (Per.) CMD TANGEDCO Proceedings No.59, (Adm.Br.), dated: 04.07.2012.
3) Tmty. S. Mary Jone, (Date of Birth:23.03.1957) who is second person in the present panel will take her rank below Thiru S.Kader Mohideen, (Date of Birth:15.03.1958) Item No.1.
4) Five (5) Nos. of Assistant Accounts Officers have been not selected in this panel for the reason mentioned in the Annexure-II.
5) This panel is valid for a period of one year from the date of approval of the panel.

6) The promotion of 64 (Sixty Four) Assistant Accounts Officers will be made purely on temporary basis without any rights including in the category of Accounts Officers subject to the out come of W.P.(MD) No.5161 of 2013 pending before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
7) The receipt of this TANGEDCO Proceedings shall be acknowledged.
